YOUR TASKS

• preparing fresh sushi and asian snacks on a daily basis
• processing raw goods (especially fish and vegetables)
• responsibility for the observance of our quality and hygiene standards
• receipt of goods and proper documentation (verification of delivery notes) and quality control (temperature measurement)
• answer our customer’s questions regarding our products
  

YOUR WORK CONDITIONS

• Contract: Full-time
• Schedule: In shifts (early, mid or aftenoon shift)
• Days/ Time: Monday to Saturday, 7 hours per day (6.5 hours work plus 30mins break)
• 24 Days paid vacation leave in one year
  

YOUR DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• you are eligible of applying the appropriate visa thru the bilateral agreement between Germany and your country (Japan, Republic of Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan, the Philippines etc.)
• you hold a bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2-year vocational course in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts or any related field of study.
• you gained minimum 2-year experience in food preparation or gastronomy. Having a sushi-related experience is an advantage.
• you enjoy interacting with customers, consistently maintaining a friendly demeanor and presenting yourself with a tidy and polite appearance.
• you love working in teams and take accountability for your work performance and contributions.
• proficient in English language and willing to undergo German Language training.
